  • 7 - Pal. Corsi-Tornabuoni

    • The initial Tornabuoni palace (15th cent. Michelozzo?) was sold after other owners to Bardo di Jacopo Corsi in 1607. B198 G-L 22 V. Tornabuoni 16.

  • 8 - Pal. Duca di Northumberland

    • Built by Orazio Rucellai ca. 1576 Bought by Robert Dudley, the English Catholic exile Duke of Northumberland, in 1614. G-L 19 V. Vigna Nuova 2.

  • 9 - Pal. Giacomini-Larderel

    • Built by G. A. Dosio for the Giacomini family ca. 1580. G-L 24 V. Tornabuoni 19.

  • 10 - Pal. Pasquali

    • House of Andrea Pasquali court physician to Alessandro de Medici and Cosimo I. The palace by Cigoli? built by his heirs, 17th century. G-L 31 V. Rondinelli, 2-4.

  • 11 - Pal. Strozzi

    • Begun for Filippo Strozzi by Benedetto da Maiano, Cronaca and later others in 1489. The half belonging to Filippo di Filippo was confiscated in 1538 but returned to the family in 1568. Interior chapel by Gherardo Silvani built in the 17th century. B197 G-L 18 Pza Strozzi

  • 13 - Pal. Vecchietti

    • Designed for Senator Bernardo di Giovanni Vecchietti (1514-90) by Giambologna whose patron he was. Begun 1578. G-L 28 V. Vecchietti 2.

  • 14 - Pal. Viviani-Tornabuoni

    • The earlier Tornabuoni palace (15th cent.) was sold to Senator Donato Viviani, a ducal judge, in the late seventeenth century. G-L 23 V. Tornabuoni 15.

  • 15 - Tornabuoni Loggia (Site)

    • A loggia designed by Cigoli was built by the Tornabuoni on the site of their ancient tower (shown on the map) at the corner of V. Strozzi in 1608. After the widening of V. Tornabuoni in the late 19th century, the loggia was moved to face Piazza Antinori. G-L 22 V. Tornabuoni/V. Strozzi.
