The Southeast Asian Workshop: Writing The American War

An open dialogue among members of the local Southeast Asian community, about writing the stories of the war and its legacy in their lives.

Mai Donohue, a participant in the workshop and mother of Eirene (Brown class of 2000), a student in the Writing Vietnam Course was inspired to write down her own memoirs, Not Bad for a Country Girl after the conference.
