Pete Cardoso

Pete Cardoso grew up in Providence, and knew from an early age that he wanted to be an artist. He went to the Community College of Rhode Island and then RISD's Continuing Education Program. Influenced by street artists such as Providence's Shepherd Ferry and others, Pete started designing band flyers and posters for his friends, and learned screen-printing from Mark Pedini at AS220 and Fort Thunder. Pete's work has since been included in the book The Art of Modern Rock.
