Matt Obert has served as an artist, musician, and performer in many different shapes and forms since moving to Providence to attend CCRI in 1985. He has written for several publications covering the Rhode Island club scene, most notably The Nice Paper, and his comics are available on the "Fort Thunder" website. Currently, Obert is a resident of AS220's Third Floor, and serves as a volunteer coordinator there.
