Jessica Lee (also known as Jade Lee) is a Korean American painter. She immigrated to Rhode Island from Seoul, Korea, with her husband, Chun Lee, in January, 1973. She has traveled extensively to observe artwork at the major museums in the United States. Some of her recent paintings were featured in Providence City Hall in September 2004. The exhibition was named "An Atmosphere of Light and Color," and Jessica Lee was lauded for being a "prominent Korean American artist" whose images juxtapose swirling abstract patterns with natural Asian sensibility. She currently resides in Cranston, Rhode Island, with her husband.
