AS220, Photographic Memory Project at Broad Street
Scott Lapham is a native New Englander and is known for his contributions in photography. He graduated from RISD in 1990, and decided to stay in Providence. He is currently the manager of the AS220 Darkroom, works as a commercial and art photographer, and serves as director of the Photographic Memory Project at Broad Street Studio. In 2003, Scott received a grant from the R.I. Council for the Humanities for "Five Years, Eight Mills", a photography and oral history project that documents eight industrial mill buildings slated for demolition.
