    • Built for Carlo di Lionardo Ginori by Cronaca or Baccio d'Agnolo? ca. 1520. Enlarged in the seventeenth century. Portrait bust of Cosimo I on the portal where court sculptor B. Bandinelli once lived removed in the 18th century. G-L 49 V. Ginori 11.

"Quarter: S. Giovanni, Parish: S. Lorenzo, Streets: Canto alla Macine, V dei Ginori {p}, V della Macine, V della Stufa, V Guelfa {p}, V Larga (V Cavour {p}). Square 16 had many households, many shops, many patricians, many households with servants, many householdw w/o surnames and many widows. Weavers were likely here. In 1551 the sculptor B. Bandinelli lived in this square (V dei Ginori)."
