  • 4 - Pal. Scala-Gherardesca (*)
  • Property bought 1472 by the humanist chancellor Bartolommeo Scala. A small palace built for him by Giuliano da Sangallo ca. 1480 passed by inheritance to the Gherardesca in the late 17th century, who enlarged it in the early 18th century. G-L 80 B. Pinti, 99
